1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 10jill. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and 10jill ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting products, and features available at 10jill.best and any related mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game on 10jill, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply at all times during your use of the platform, including all past, present, and future activity.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 10jill.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on 10jill, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 10jill strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of 10jill or its partner companies.
• You must not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from 10jill or had their account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be a real, individual person acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts are not permitted.

10jill reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or the withholding of winnings pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on 10jill. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share access with any other person.
• Notify 10jill immediately at support@10jill.best if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

10jill is not responsible for any losses or issues arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

10jill accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard bank cards are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are final once confirmed. Chargebacks initiated through your bank or e-wallet for legitimate deposits are a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 10jill processes most withdrawals within 24 hours. Processing times may vary based on your chosen payment method and banking partner.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 10jill reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

10jill regularly offers promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion is available to eligible members only. 10jill reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for individual, personal use only. Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers is prohibited.
• 10jill reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If 10jill determines that a member is abusing bonus offers — for example, by creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus — the accounts will be closed and all funds forfeited.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 10jill are subject to the specific rules of the sport, game, or event in question. The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 10jill does not accept cancellations after a bet has been placed, except in cases of clear technical error on our end.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or odds error, 10jill reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to members.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at 10jill's discretion — for example, during a significant game event. Bets already confirmed before suspension are unaffected.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, game type, and member account status.
• Bets placed using a bonus balance may be subject to different maximum win limits than those placed with real-money funds. Check individual promotion terms for details.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, 10jill's market-specific settlement rules will apply. These are detailed within the platform's help section.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10jill and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other members in multi-player games, including poker or live dealer games.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Using payment methods not registered in your name, or making third-party deposits on behalf of another member.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

10jill actively monitors for prohibited behaviour. If we identify any of the above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and take any further action permitted under applicable law.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

10jill reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonus offers.
• Request by the member (voluntary closure).
• Regulatory requirements or instruction from relevant authorities.

In cases of voluntary closure, members may request account closure by contacting support at support@10jill.best. Verified remaining balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Where closure is due to breach of Terms, 10jill reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

10jill is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino members. We provide the following tools directly within your account to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session time limits — receive reminders after a set period of play.
• Loss limits — restrict how much you can lose in a given period.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality checks — periodic notifications during active gaming sessions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on 10jill — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 10jill or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 10jill without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

10jill provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• 10jill is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• 10jill is not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment system delays, or regulatory changes.
• Our total liability to any individual member in any circumstance is limited to the total real-money funds deposited by that member in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability would be unlawful under Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

10jill reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of 10jill after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 10jill's operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies under which 10jill is licensed.

For Philippine members, your consumer rights under Philippine law are unaffected by these Terms. If you believe 10jill has acted unlawfully in relation to your account, you have the right to seek advice and recourse through appropriate Philippine legal channels.
